1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of ISQ Issaquah Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

ISQ Issaquah Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, decorative concrete, and commercial flatwork. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen site conditions or changes to project scope.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on site inspection and information provided by the customer. If site conditions differ from what was observed during inspection, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

Acceptance of an estimate constitutes an agreement to proceed with the work as described. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required to schedule work and secure materials. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law. A lien may be placed on your property for unpaid services as allowed under Washington State law.

5. Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

ISQ Issaquah Concrete is not liable for any consequential damages resulting from project delays. We will work diligently to minimize disruptions and complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, soil settlement, freeze-thaw cycles, or other factors beyond our control. Concrete is a natural material and some cracking may occur. Hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems. You must notify us of any known site conditions that may affect the work.

You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area for safety reasons. You are responsible for protecting the curing concrete from traffic, vandalism, and other damage during the curing period as specified by our crew.

8. Limitation of Liability

ISQ Issaquah Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
